OVEN handles the dangerous-goods sea shipment from Indonesia. EU orders are supplied from customs-cleared stock in Riga. Send your destination, preferred packs and quantities to receive a proposal covering availability, onward delivery, payment and documents.
First shipment
Use this checklist to prepare the quote. Order quantities, packing and delivery arrangements are agreed for your selected packs and destination.

| Mixed pallet | Mixed sizes and formats require confirmation for your order. |
| Pallet layout | Request case count, pallet dimensions and stack height for the selected mix. |
| Net and gross weight | Featured Retail cases contain 20 kg net: 40 × 0.5 kg boxes of 25 mm, or 20 × 1 kg boxes of 26 or 27 mm. Other case packing, total net and gross shipping weight are confirmed for the shipment. |
| Delivery countries | Provide the country, city and postcode. Route availability and transport requirements are confirmed for the destination. |
| Payment and VAT | Payment method and terms are agreed in your quote. VAT treatment is determined for each order using the destination and buyer’s VAT details. |
| Collection or delivery | Request delivery with any access or unloading requirements. Collection availability, warehouse address and arrangements must be confirmed before travelling; the registered address is not a collection address. |
| Transfer of risk | The point at which risk passes to the buyer is agreed in the supply contract before dispatch. |
| Documents | Invoice, packing list and a COA for each batch. Confirm shipment documentation for the destination and transport arrangements. |
