These terms apply to the use of the OVEN website. By using the website you accept them.
1. Who operates the website
The website is operated by SIA QUOKKA GROUP (registration No. 40203338330, Raunas iela 41 - 13A, Riga, LV-1084, Latvia), the owner of the OVEN trademark.
2. Purpose and audience
The website provides information about OVEN products for business partners: distributors, importers, hookah venues and retailers. It is not intended for persons under 18. It does not sell goods to consumers and does not process payments.
3. No offer
The published quality specification states contractual product requirements. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order. Availability, selected packs, quantities and commercial arrangements are confirmed in the quotation and supply documents.
4. Intellectual property
The OVEN name, the ram-head logo, packaging designs, renders, texts and photographs on this website belong to the trademark owner. Partners may use brand materials for selling OVEN products only after receiving them from us and only in line with the brand rules. Any other use requires written permission.
5. Accuracy and liability
We keep the website up to date but cannot guarantee that every figure is current at every moment; stock and formats change. The published specification states contractual limits; batch measurements are recorded in the COA. Availability, pallet configuration and unlisted packing details require confirmation for the order. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the website without confirmation from a manager.

The website may link to third-party services, such as messenger applications. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are subject to the courts of Latvia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
